This privacy statement applies to all purchases of products and services made between A-Vinduet (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and individual customers, including consumers (the “Buyer”). The Seller is committed to processing personal data in accordance with these guidelines.
The Seller collects personal data from the Buyer, including name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, selected delivery and payment methods, digital identifiers (such as IP addresses and cookies), as well as bank and credit card details. Personal data of authorized representatives involved in concluding and executing contracts are also processed.
To enter into a contract, the Buyer and their representatives must provide the necessary personal data to the Seller.
The purposes of the Seller’s data processing include identifying the data subject, delivering products and services, contract-related communication, handling complaints, protecting the Seller’s rights, and fulfilling legal obligations. Personal data is not shared with third parties without the data subject’s consent, except as required by law or as described in these terms.
The Seller may transfer personal data to service providers such as legal assistance, accounting, or auditing, provided that these service providers do not further share the information. Personal data may also be transferred in connection with delivery and execution of services, as well as the collection of outstanding amounts.
The Buyer may receive offers, newsletters, and notifications from the Seller and can withdraw this consent at any time.
Personal data will be stored by the Seller for at least five years after the contract is concluded, mainly for warranty purposes and maintenance.
The data subject has the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal data. They may also object to the processing and withdraw their consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal. Requests regarding personal data can be directed to the Seller via email.
If the data subject objects to these terms, they may inform the Seller or file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate if they believe the processing violates Estonian law.
